Invisible Braces

Invisible braces are the perfect choice for privately and comfortably improving your smile. For our teen or adult patients who would prefer a more discreet and low-profile orthodontic experience, clear aligners can be used to gently reposition the teeth. Our aligners are custom crafted just for you using metal-free materials that are incredibly strong, yet barely visible. Without using wires and orthodontic brackets, your teeth can be realigned to form a healthy and attractive smile in a way that protects your personal image as well as your privacy.

Enjoy the Benefits of Invisible Braces

Clearly, braces that can’t be seen are an appealing option for many patients, but the appearance isn’t the only advantage. Invisible braces are removable, enabling you to eat and drink with freedom during your treatment. The removable aligners also make brushing and flossing less complicated. The metal-free materials tend to be more comfortable and less irritating to the mouth while also eliminating the allergy risk for patients who are sensitive to nickel and other metals.

How Do Invisible Braces Work?

You will need to wear your aligners consistently in order to achieve the desired results, removing them only for eating, brushing, or flossing. At the start of your treatment, we will provide you with several sets of aligners, each one slightly different from the next, instructing you to progress to a new aligner approximately every 2 weeks. We’ll plan to meet with you approximately every 6 weeks to assess your progress and to make minor adjustments as necessary. The total length of your treatment with invisible braces can range from a few months to just over a year, depending upon your unique orthodontic needs. Once your teeth have been perfectly aligned, it will be vital that you wear a custom retainer in accordance with Dr. Ellen’s instructions. This will help to prevent future alignment setbacks.

Don’t need a full braces but would like straighter teeth? We also offer Simpli5; the best solution for cases involving minor to intermediate anterior crowding or spacing and for orthodontic relapse cases.
